In order to prevent emergencies on December 12, the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages held an explanatory talk with participants of the educational process and the staff of the institute on "Actions in case of fire, emergency procedures, rules for using fire extinguishers." The meeting was attended by employees of the 8th State Fire and Rescue Detachment of the Main Directorate of the SES of Ukraine in Donetsk region. The commission consisting of the chief inspector of department of ZNS of Bakhmut RU GUDSNS of Ukraine in Donetsk region the captain of service of civil protection Spitsyna AA, the deputy director on AGR Govgalenko E.Yu. and labor protection engineer MM Golovina, an unscheduled practical test of the evacuation plan in case of a conditional fire was carried out.
