Today, the world community honors the memory of Czech patriotic students who were brutally punished by the German invaders for a political demonstration in occupied Prague in 1939.

At the World Congress of Students in 1946, November 17 was designated as International Student Day, which is now considered a holiday of youth, indomitable spirit and devotion.

So, dear students of education! May every lecture be exciting, every practical or seminar class easy, and all tests and exams successful. We wish you great energy, inexhaustible enthusiasm and many positive experiences in this important period of life.

You are our future, which promises to be bright and happy!
