Attention graduates of previous years!
On the Unified portal of public services "Diya" (hereinafter - "Diya" Portal) from 03/22/2024, the application is launched for industrial use is Document about education, which currently contains documents about education contained in the Register of documents about education of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (hereinafter - the Register), namely: a certificate of basic secondary education. ; certificate/certificate of complete general secondary education; certificate of assignment (increase) of worker qualification; diploma of a skilled worker; professional junior bachelor's diploma; Diploma of Junior Specialist; junior bachelor's degree; bachelor's degree; specialist diploma; Master's degree; a Doctor of Philosophy diploma and a Doctor of Arts diploma (hereinafter referred to as Educational Documents).
The Register contains information and data on Education Documents produced approximately since 2000, in addition to information on graduates of military institutions of higher (professional advanced) education and military educational units of institutions of higher (professional advanced) education, as well as on retraining diplomas (junior specialists) , specialists), issued until 2016, and separate documents on the educational and scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Doctor of Arts), issued until 2022. If the educational institution has entered the necessary information into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (hereinafter - EDEB) in accordance with the Regulations on EDEB, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 620 dated June 8, 2018, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 5, 2018 under No. 1132/32584 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations on EDEBO), the data of Education Documents are automatically downloaded from EDEBO at the request of the "Diya" Portal, in which an e-Document on education is formed.
Documents on scientific degrees of doctor of sciences, candidate of sciences and scientific titles of professor, associate professor, senior researcher are not documents on education, therefore they are not available in the EDEBO and are not displayed on the "Diya" Portal.

To enter the relevant information and check the data in the EDEBO for the formation of e-Documents about education in the "Diya" Portal application, please contact the e-mail address e.zoz@forlan.org.ua. The list of necessary documents for application: a document about education, which must be uploaded to the "Action" application; passport of a citizen of Ukraine; identification code; about a change of surname (if it was changed after obtaining a diploma).
