Idea professional development and self-improvement of students on the basis of activation of their basic education, acquired professional and life experience, social demands of the state on the effective performance of official and functional duties
Advanced training is the need for teacher training New Ukrainian school to the implementation of educational policy of the state by mastering the latest practices, technologies, methods, forms, methods of professional activity on the basis of innovative educational approaches
The training is designed for practical psychologists of senior staff and educators of the humanities cycle the following specialties:
- Ukrainian language and literature;
- foreign languages (English, French, German, Spanish);
- Russian language and literature;
- history;
- World Literature;
- practical psychology.
Type and form of education: individual, according to the program of advanced training (full-time, distance), professional trainings
Amount: 30 hours - 1 ECTS credit
QUALIFICATION IMPROVEMENT ACCORDING TO THE INDIVIDUAL PLAN
Goal: increase of the acquired experience on performance of professional tasks and duties, improvement of professional knowledge, abilities and skills, studying and mastering of new technologies, technics, acquisition of additional competences
Individual form training is organized by the Training and Research Center of Modern Technologies for the formation of professional competence through an individual plan during two weeks. A supervisor is attached to each of the participants final qualifying works
Upon successful completion of the final qualifying work, the employee receives a document - certificate of advanced training.
QUALIFICATION DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE PROGRAM
Goal: raising the methodological and practical levels of professional competence of teachers in the implementation of the tasks of general secondary education to the requirements of the concept of the New Ukrainian School.
Eye and remote form of education is conducted in groups and is organized by the Educational and Research Center of Modern Technologies for the formation of professional competence through practical and training classes, interactive lectures, seminars, conferences and independent work of employees
Upon successful implementation of the program, employees receive a document - certificate of advanced training
