To the attention of entrants to the Master's program of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages majors:
014 "Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature. Psychology;
053 "Psychology".
You can study these specialties at the expense of a VOUCHER, the cost of which is UAH 30,280.
The following categories of citizens can use this opportunity:

Voucher is a document that gives a person a one-time right to:

  • retraining in the labor profession; 
  • training in a specialty to obtain a master's degree based on a bachelor's or master's degree obtained in another specialty;
  • training at the next level of education; specialization and advanced training in professions and specialties.

Voucher value is set within the cost of education, but cannot exceed ten times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons. The current maximum value of the voucher is UAH 30,280.

Voucher for training is issued by regional branches of the State Employment Service to persons who are not registered in employment centers as unemployed, have a vocational or technical education or higher education and meet certain requirements, namely:

  • persons older than 45 years (before retirement age) who have at least 15 years of insurance experience;
  • persons released from military service (except conscripts), service in internal affairs bodies. of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, civil defense units, tax police, the Bureau of Economic Security, or the State Criminal Enforcement Service, in connection with a reduction in the number of staff or due to health conditions before they reach retirement age, for having at least 10 years of service, who have not acquired the right to a pension;
  • persons who were released from military service after participating in the anti-terrorist operation/OSS, implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation,  until they reach retirement age and on the condition that they apply within 3 years from the date of dismissal;
  • internally displaced persons of working age in the absence of suitable work;
  • persons with disabilities in the absence of suitable work;
  • persons who were injured during the period of martial law in Ukraine as a result of military aggression;
  • persons in respect of whom the fact of deprivation of personal freedom has been established as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine, after their release.

A person applying for a voucher must have a professional (vocational-technical), vocational pre-university or higher education and not be registered with the employment service as unemployed.

To get a training voucher, you need to contact the regional employment center's structural subdivisions or submit an application online on the website of the State Employment Center: https://www.dcz.gov.ua/storinka/vauchery .

In the event that a person receives a study voucher, a study contract is concluded between the educational institution and the person during the course 90 days after issuing the voucher.
