The "Best Student of the Year" competition was announced by the Department of Youth Policy and Children's Affairs for the International Student Day. The competition was held among students of institutions of higher education and professional pre-higher education, located on the territory of the Bakhmut city territorial community, but temporarily relocated to safer regions of Ukraine, for 8 nominations.

From our institute, the following participated in the Competition:

Evgeny Vasiliev, graduate of the master's level of higher education (Grad. 602a), head of the military chaplaincy service of the 18th Slavic Brigade of NSU, and  Nadia Pranchukova, student of the bachelor's level of higher education (gr. 205a), in the nomination "The best student - creative person of the year";

Alisa Fedina, obtaining a bachelor's degree of higher education (gr. 405a), in the nomination "The best student - media worker of the year";

Svitlana Lymanska, obtaining a bachelor's level of higher education (gr. 311b., 302a), and Victoria Hrychikova, obtaining a bachelor's degree of higher education (gr. 407a), in the nomination "The best student - scientist of the year".

They became the winners of the competition Alisa Fedina and Svitlana Lymanska! All participants of the event received certificates from the Department of Youth Policy and Children's Affairs, the winners received valuable Power Bank gifts, and the laureates received monetary rewards.

Also, the head of the department for educational work of students was awarded with a letter from the Department of Youth Policy and Children's Affairs for her dedication to her chosen cause and her indomitable spirit of struggle for Ukrainian education. Kateryna Zhurbylyuk.
