Master class "Humanities in action"

On November 14-15, the GIIM hosted a two-day series of master classes "Humanities in Action" within the project "Building a Civil Society Based on the Experience of Alumni of the Exchange Program. W. Fulbright "for students of temporarily relocated universities. The event was initiated by the Ukrainian Fulbright Circle and supported by the US Embassy in Ukraine.

Students were invited to take part in the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical competition of student works dedicated to the anniversary of cultural diplomacy in Ukraine "Cultural diplomacy in Ukraine: past, present, future" from the program of academic exchanges. W. Fulbright in Ukraine.

For two days, students listened to master classes from Fulbright scholars Natalia Musienko, Vasyl Kosiv, Tina Peresunko, actively participated in the discussion of the proposed topics, learned what role is played by the activities of humanitarian professionals - art critics, literary critics and literary critics. Of particular interest was the theme of self-expression through the modern form of street art.

Unforgettable were the impressions of communication with Elena Gerasimyuk-volunteer of the medical battalion "Hospitallers", author of the book "Shooting Calendar" and a number of theater and art projects.

The guests donated a number of valuable author's books to the GIIM library.
