"German Cuisine Day"

A culinary event was held on April 19 at the GIIM as part of the German Language Week. "German Cuisine Day" is a great opportunity to taste authentic dishes that are consumed in different parts of Germany. Students of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Languages under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Germanic Philology.

About that - it was not just a buffet, but a competition. Under the conditions, visitors had to choose from the ten offered only one unusual dish. The "Fire Cake" was the most popular. It is loved in West Germany and France. At first glance, this is an ordinary pizza, but the main ingredients: ham, onion in a creamy marinade, pumpkin and hard cheese turn a culinary product into a masterpiece. The students of the 211th group won the role of chefs. Congratulations!
