On November 28, 2024, a meeting of project managers was held. There were 4 issues on the agenda: approval of the comparative report (Benchmarking Report) on the use of digital technologies in European universities (based on the results of educational visits); preparation of annual technical and financial reports, review of reporting forms; approval of the syllabus form for developers of new university and open online courses; the course of trainings on the methodology of using digital technologies in teaching foreign languages and creating content. Managers outlined deadlines for submission of report documentation, discussed a plan for implementation of dissemination, in particular, creation, filling with content and popularization of the YouTube channel of the project, and outlined the following tasks for the successful implementation of the project.
