In the new semester of 2024-2025, the work of the "Warm Wednesday" project of the Department of Psychology and the Center for Mental Resilience and Well-being "InCitу" of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages (Dnipro) continues.

The new meeting took place in the format of an "Art Therapy Workshop". A lesson on the topical topic "Circle of Support and Resources" was held on January 29, 2025 by Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology N.G. Kosheleva. This time, the friendly circle brought together students, teachers, graduates of the GIIM and teachers of secondary education institutions from different parts of Ukraine. 

The art therapy approach and the topic of the meeting were chosen so that the participants could reconnect with themselves, find their own resources, work with their values and needs, improve their emotional state, and psychologically reboot. The work was carried out through the use of metaphorical associative maps and drawing their own magic umbrella with resources and brought the participants a lot of interest, important realizations, and valuable conclusions.

Meetings in the "Art Therapy Workshop" format will continue throughout February 2025 every Wednesday at 6:00 PM. We invite everyone to participate!
