In accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Committee of the Council for Youth Exchanges between Ukraine and Lithuania, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 9, 2015 No. 1016, the Ministry of Youth and Sports carries out youth exchanges between Ukraine and Lithuania.
The goal of youth exchanges is to intensify cooperation between Ukrainian and Polish youth in order to build friendly relations between the peoples of these countries.

On March 20, 2025, the Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the acceptance of applications for participation in the competition for the implementation of projects within the framework of youth exchanges between Ukraine and Lithuania in 2025 https://surl.li/sykudq, which will last until April 20, 2025.

Applications within the competition can be submitted by non-profit organizations whose activities are aimed at working with youth, in particular: civil society institutions,
educational institutions; municipal institutions working with youth.
