On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, teachers from the departments of Ukrainian Philology, National and Foreign History, World Literature, Linguistics, and Slavic Languages had the honor of inviting senior students of secondary education institutions to participate in the historical and philological online game “Behind the Seven Seals-7”. The event brought together students from 14 regions of Ukraine!

Participants had the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, logical thinking and creativity by solving test tasks, problems and puzzles in Ukrainian language and literature, history, English, Polish, Czech languages, foreign literature. The winners were awarded certificates and diplomas, and the teachers received thanks from the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages.

We are convinced that such events contribute to the popularization of historical and philological knowledge among young people, develop critical thinking and interest in the humanities. We look forward to further cooperation!
