Our institute became a co-founder of a unique international alliance of higher education institutions from 7 countries – Alliance for Internationalization and Collaboration in Higher Education (ALINCO).
On April 24, 2025, an official constituent meeting was held to establish this organization.
In addition to the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages, the alliance includes the following universities:
Masaryk University (Czech Republic)
University of Azuay (Ecuador)
University College (London, United Kingdom)
University Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic)
Catholic University of Salta (Argentina)
University of Uzhhorod (Ukraine)
Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University (Turkey)

The mission of the ALINCO alliance is to strengthen cooperation in higher education by promoting research, improving teaching methods, and sharing best practices.
The creation of this international alliance will open up new opportunities and prospects for teachers and students of our institute, will contribute to improving the quality of student training, and will strengthen the position of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages among the leading higher education institutions of Ukraine.
