"Contract 18-24" provides for the signing of a special
contract, for a period of 1 year for persons aged 18 to 24, with a subsequent
release from service and deferment from mobilization for a period of 1 year and
a significant social package: UAH 1,000,000 in additional payments, mortgage under 0%,
