The final participant in the Black Menagerie project was a university from Argentina (Universidad Católica de Salta). The students’ presentation focused on their country’s role in implementing the UN’s global action plan called the “17 Sustainable Development Goals” (17 Sustainable Development Goals). In particular, they talked about specific steps and examples of their economy’s transition to a circular model of production and consumption. This model involves sharing, renting, reusing, repairing, restoring, and recycling existing materials and products for as long as possible. During the discussions, the applicants shared their experiences on how their countries’ economies extend the life cycle of products and help minimize waste. Sincere gratitude to all participating applicants from the leaders, Ph.D. Shlapakov O. S. and Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Sukhovetska L. V. See you next semester!
