🌿 The webinar "Resourceful Me: How to Find Inner Strength When It Seems Like There Isn't One" has taken place!

Yesterday we held a warm and fulfilling meeting — an online webinar dedicated to finding internal resources.

🎙 Together with the host, practical psychologist Kateryna Zhurbilyuk, we delved into understanding what resourcefulness is, how to maintain it and restore it when your strength is "at zero."

What we did for an hour:
🌀 We got acquainted with five types of internal resources: emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and intellectual.
💡 We visualized the "Resource Circle" and explored which ones need attention.
📋 Created your own "resource list" — 5 things that inspire and support you.
🌬 We practiced the 5-5-5 technique — breathing, gratitude, actions for ourselves.
🧘‍♀️ We met our inner ally — an image that supports us in difficult moments.
💬 We shared openly in the chat, discussed practices, and asked questions.

🎁 Gift for each participant:
Everyone who joined the webinar received a PDF guide “7 Daily Practices for Resource Recovery” — a convenient and inspiring tool that you will want to return to.

💬 Participant feedback:
🔸"I realized that the resource is not something far away. It is already inside me."
🔹"Very warm atmosphere. I want more!"
🔸"Thank you for the practices, especially the technique with an ally — it was unexpectedly profound."
🔹"For the first time in a long time, I felt that there were things that depended on me."

💛 Thank you to everyone who was with us!
Stay tuned for announcements — new events are coming that will fill and support you 🌱
