Constitution Day is the date when Ukraine finally declared itself to the world as a state governed by the rule of law. The path to this was not easy, as was the path to Ukrainian independence, but the years of struggle and confrontation were worth it for each of us to feel protected in our country. May the Constitution always remain the foundation of Ukrainian statehood, and we – the guardians of its values.
