Occupational safety and state supervision over the implementation of legislation in the field of labor relations have been and remain one of the main issues in Ukraine. On July 30, 2025, a meeting of members of the labor collective was held at our institute with the Chief State Inspector of the Labor Department of the Central Region of the Inspection Activity Department in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, Zubova Hanna Volodymyrivna.

During the conversation, such important issues as:

• inadmissibility of admitting employees to work without formalizing employment relations;
• features of the organization of labor relations under martial law;
• psychosocial support in the workplace within the company's All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?";
• clarification on combating human trafficking and signs of forced labor;
• Mobbing at work: its signs and responsibilities.
