The Secretariat of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, together with the NGO “Center for Civic Education “Almenda”, is conducting anonymous online survey students who entered higher education institutions in 2024–2025, in particular those who:

• was or is in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine;
• is studying remotely.

The purpose of the study is to identify factors that influence the decision to obtain education in Ukraine, as well as to determine the needs and challenges of integrating students into the new educational environment.
