HISTORY AND LITERATURE: TO THE DAY OF MEMORIAL OF THE HEROES OF KRUTS

The first meeting at the Literary and Art Club LITERA coincided with the Day of Commemoration of the Heroes of Kruty - the day when young people stood up to defend their country, having no experience of waging war, but understanding that they had to fight. It was about this feat and the feat of the heroes of today that the head of the Department of Domestic and Foreign History, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Halyna DOKASHENKO spoke. The head of the Literary Club, Nataliya KOVALSKA, illustrated the connection of those events in her poem "Silence" and showed how history can be told using poetic words. They talked about the importance of historical truth and its reflection in literature.

The meeting was long and interesting, as each member of the Literary Club had a lot of news and literary finds. They read poems and essays, and discussed the prospects of publication in the international magazine "Land of Talents" of the International Academy of Literature and Journalism.
