During the event, participants had the opportunity to explore their inner qualities, resources, and current deficits through metaphorical tools, psychoeducation, and practical work.
The introductory part included an introduction to and work with metaphorical maps, as well as a mini-psychoeducational block dedicated to understanding personality as a combination of different qualities and the importance of internal balance.
In the process of self-exploration, participants performed exercises to become aware of their own internal spectrum of qualities and became familiar with the symbolic meaning of pearls that reflected emotional, resourceful, and personal states.
The practical part included creating a personalized bracelet as a symbolic anchor—a reminder of one's own resources, needs, and inner support.
The completion of the master class took place through reflection and integration of the experience gained, which contributed to a deeper awareness of oneself and current life needs.
