💜 Psychological violence doesn't always scream.
Sometimes it says quietly - "I was just joking", "you're too sensitive", "I'm worried about you".
At our meeting we talked about,
how to spot psychological abuse in time — before it destroys self-worth.
✨ During the meeting we will:
🔹 we analyzed what psychological violence is and how it differs from conflict;
🔹 learned to recognize manipulation, gaslighting, and devaluation in common phrases;
🔹 explored their alarm signals — in the body, emotions, reactions;
🔹 talked about boundaries, safety and the right to say "I'm not okay";
🔹 We learned about support resources and learned to support others without judgment 🤍
🌱 The main conclusion of the meeting:
If you feel hurt, scared, or ashamed after a conversation, that's a signal.
Love and care do not humiliate.
Respect doesn't make you doubt yourself.
🤝 Thank you to each and every one for your openness, sensitivity, and concern.
Let's start with small changes - with self-respect 💛
