🌿Topic: "Talent Code: see, realize, implement."

💫At the meeting, we explored the topic of vocation, purpose, and talent. We distinguished these concepts: we talked about the call of the heart as an inner impulse to realization, about purpose as a deeper meaning of life, and about talent as abilities multiplied by will. The participants had the opportunity to think about in which area of life they want to develop and realize themselves now.

🌀A separate focus was on what exactly prevents us from revealing our talents. We discussed internal barriers: fear of failure, fear of judgment, limiting beliefs, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, fear of becoming happy. This helped the participants realize that often the obstacle is not outside, but inside.

🌋The practical part of the meeting was conducted through the metaphorical technique "My Gifts and Holes". Participants selected cards and explored through questions:
– your unconscious talents and strengths;
– the main internal obstacle that blocks implementation;
– resources and specific actions that will help move forward.

😌Through reflection and discussion, each was able to see their own potential, name their "obstacle" and form internal support. An important result was not only the awareness of talents, but also the definition of a specific step for their implementation in the chosen field.

🤩The meeting took place in an atmosphere of support, depth, and sincerity — with a focus on inner strength, responsibility, and willingness to act.
