Topic: art therapy technique "My family in the image of flowers"

🤝 On January 28, 2026, a broadcast took place as part of the "Warm Wednesdays" project.

🌸 The meeting was dedicated to exploring the family system through art therapy practice.
The goal of the work was to identify how participants perceive themselves in their own family, to understand the subjective role of each family member, and to gain a deeper understanding of intra-family relationships.

✨ During the broadcast, participants:
👌 completed the creative task "My family in the image of flowers";
👌 we explored the symbolism of images, colors, and location;
👌 reflected on their role and emotional connections in the family;
👌 shared their own experiences in a safe group space.

🌱 The friendly and supportive atmosphere promoted openness, deeper reflection, and awareness of personal experience. The meeting became an opportunity to gently and ecologically look at one's family system and feel the value of one's own place in it.
