How Bakhmut and Kremenchug youth tamed time

How Bakhmut and Kremenchug youth tamed time

The war changed the geography of Ukrainian students' lives, but it did not change their desire for development. Recently, students of higher, pre-university, and vocational education institutions who were forced to leave their native Bakhmut community united with the youth of Kremenchuk for joint studies.

As part of the project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities", a practical webinar on time management was held on the topic: "How to tame chaos and become the master of your time."

The modern student lives in conditions of constant uncertainty: distance learning, air traffic alarms, adaptation in new cities. That is why the ability to manage one's own resources is no longer a skill, but a real tool for survival and efficiency.

The speaker of the event was Kateryna Zhurbilyuk, a practical psychologist and coordinator of the Center for Psychological Resilience of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages.

Young people mastered specific techniques that help them get out of the "I don't have time for anything" state and reduce stress levels. Participants received effective planning algorithms that will help them in their studies and in building a career in a free and successful Ukraine.
