By the decision of the Academic Councils of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of the State Higher Educational Institution "DDPU" and the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbas State Pedagogical University", the Department of Domestic and Foreign History was renamed department History named after Professor Viktor Dokashenko.
