What is your international team’s vision for the future in 2070? This is the task set this semester, spring 2026, for the participants of an international project working within the ALINCO alliance. Today’s 20-year-old students discuss their future, which they might face in 50 years.
On March 11, 2026, the spring session was opened by international team #1, which chose the future state of our planet's environment as the topic of its presentation: "Our Planet's Future: Environmental Challenges and Expectations." The presentation was preceded by a video trailer created by the students as an announcement of their presentation.
While working in Zoom rooms, students discussed the problems of ocean acidification, water and air pollution, deforestation, as well as the development of renewable energy sources.
The composition of the applicants representing our university has undergone a significant renewal this year. New participants have joined the team: Darya Ovchinnikova (111b gr.), Sofia Zemlyanska (100a), Sofia Lukashova (231 gr.), Milena Sakhnovska (100a), Almina Sychova, Yulia Burtseva (241 gr.), as well as our regular participant Vira Peftits (341 gr.).
We sincerely thank our students for their active participation in the project and contribution to the development of international academic cooperation.
