Topic: The treasure of generations: a resource we receive from our ancestors

🤝 On March 11, 2026, a broadcast took place as part of the "Warm Wednesdays" project.

✨ The meeting was dedicated to the study of the family system through the art therapy technique "Family Tales".
The goal of the work was to strengthen the participants' connection with their own clan, develop self-knowledge, and become aware of the influence of clan history on the formation of personality.

🌳 During the broadcast, participants:
👌 performed an individual creative task aimed at remembering and understanding family stories;
👌 investigated the meaning of ancestral messages and their impact on life scenarios;
👌 developed the skills of listening and hearing one's own inner self;
👌 shared their own discoveries and experiences in a group discussion;
👌 We sought a resource in the experience of previous generations as a support for the present.

🌱 The atmosphere of the meeting was warm, trusting, and supportive. Participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into their own history, feel a connection to their family, and rethink their experiences through the prism of family narratives.
