Topic: “Relationships with money: beliefs, emotions, scenarios”
🤝 On March 18, 2026, a meeting was held within the framework of the "Warm Wednesdays" project.
✨ The meeting was dedicated to exploring the topic of money as a psychological phenomenon - through the prism of internal beliefs, emotions, and life scenarios.
The goal of the work was to become aware of one's own attitude towards money, identify limiting beliefs, and understand their impact on financial behavior.
💸 During the meeting, participants:
👌 explored their own associations and emotions related to money;
👌 worked with IAC, which allowed us to delve deeper into subconscious ideas and experiences regarding finances;
👌 performed the "Money is..." technique, through which they realized their own meanings and personal significance of money;
👌 considered the concept of "relationships with money" as a reflection of the internal state, not just the level of income;
👌 analyzed how self-esteem affects financial decisions and the ability to accept payment for one's work;
👌 we got acquainted with common limiting beliefs about money and their hidden psychological needs;
👌 reflected on their own life scenarios and the possibility of changing them through rethinking beliefs.
🌱 The meeting was held in an atmosphere of openness and active inclusion. Working with metaphorical images evoked deep insights and emotional responses, helping participants better understand their own attitudes and internal limitations.
✨ The result was the realization that financial difficulties are often just the "tip of the iceberg", behind which lie beliefs, experiences and emotions. Participants were encouraged to reevaluate their attitude towards money and form more resourceful financial strategies.
