On April 29, 2026, the representative of the Department of Scientific Activities and International Cooperation of the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbas State Pedagogical University" L. Tkachenko attended the discussion panel "Gender Strategy of the Ministry of Education and Science and Language Practice: Where is the Place of Feminatives in the University?". The event was held at the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine within the framework of the Operational Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Implementation of Gender Equality in Education by 2030, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 20, 2022 No. 1163-р.

During the event, participants discussed practical aspects of introducing femininities into the educational space and the specifics of implementing gender policy in higher education institutions. The experience gained should be used to improve the communication strategy and further develop the university's inclusive educational environment.
