The success of the program was ensured by the careful preparation of methodological materials created by a joint group of developers from five Ukrainian universities (Ternopil, Kryvyi Rih, Melitopol, Kherson and the State Institute of International Relations of the State Higher Educational Institution "DDPU"). The 16-hour training program underwent preliminary verification and correction by European partners - the University of Tartu, the University of Latvia, the International Psychoanalytic University of Berlin, as well as external review by Ukrainian and European colleagues.
