On 04/29/2026, the "Warm Wednesday" meeting was held on the topic
"Fairytale Therapy: How to Understand Yourself and Others Through the Language of Images" together with Natalia Maidannik — fairy tale therapist 🧚♀️
The participants were introduced to the method of fairy tale therapy as a gentle and profound tool for self-knowledge, emotional awareness, and working with inner experiences through symbols, metaphors, and images. During the meeting, they talked about how fairy tales help to better understand oneself, one's emotions, life scenarios, and interactions with other people.
During the meeting:
✨ explored the meaning of images and symbols in fairy tales
✨ discussed the influence of fairy tales on the inner state of a person
✨ analyzed how fears, needs, and resources are manifested through stories
✨ performed practical exercises, shared their own associations and created a fairy tale
✨ actively asked questions and joined in a warm discussion
The meeting took place in a cozy, trusting atmosphere with high emotional involvement of the participants 💬
