✨"How to silence your inner critic" with Iryna Shklyar, a practicing psychologist 🧠

During the meeting, participants explored the nature of the inner critic, its impact on self-esteem, emotional state, and daily life. They talked about how self-critical attitudes are formed, why the inner voice often becomes harsh, and how to learn to support yourself instead of constantly judging yourself.

During the meeting:
✨ discussed the image of the inner critic and its manifestations
✨ analyzed internal attitudes, fears and self-deprecation
✨ performed practical exercises to transform critical thinking
✨ learned to form a more supportive internal dialogue
✨ explored their own emotions and reactions through images and associations
✨ actively shared thoughts and joined in discussions

The meeting took place in a warm, trusting atmosphere with high participation of participants 💬
