On May 13, 2026, a meeting was held in the "Warm Wednesday" format on the topic
✨"My Singing Portrait" together with Svetlana Perepadysta — a 4th year bachelor's degree student of the Higher Education Institute of Psychology 🧠
During the meeting, the participants were introduced to the "Man-Orchestra" technique, which helps to explore the inner state through images of musical instruments, associations, and creativity. They talked about self-perception, emotions, and inner harmony, as well as how through creative images one can better understand oneself and one's experiences.
During the meeting:
✨ explored their own emotional state through the metaphor of musical instruments
✨ created the image of a "man-orchestra" and analyzed its features
✨ actively shared impressions and joined the dialogue
The meeting was held in a warm, creative atmosphere with deep involvement of the participants 💬
