On 05/20/2026, a meeting was held in the "Warm Wednesday" format on the topic
✨ "How to not be afraid to speak on camera"
together with Maria Radul - founder of the SMM agency, blogger, actress and 4th year bachelor's student of higher education at the Psychology Department of the GIIM 🧠
During the meeting, participants explored the causes of camera fear, talked about anxiety, self-criticism, and fear of being judged by others. Maria shared her own experience of overcoming insecurity, as well as practical tools that help you feel more natural when recording videos and giving public speeches.
During the meeting:
✨ learned why camera fear is a natural reaction and how to work with it
✨ performed practical exercises to develop confidence and live communication
✨ learned to speak simply, sincerely and without excessive control
✨ discussed the importance of authenticity and regular practice in creating video content
✨ actively shared their own experiences, difficulties and discoveries
