✨ Meeting topic:
"Freedom to be yourself: the psychology of prohibitions, choice and acceptance"
During the meeting, the participants analyzed the psychological aspects of the film and explored how social norms, traditions, and moral prohibitions affect human life. Particular attention was paid to the issues of freedom of choice, personal boundaries, authenticity, and the human right to remain oneself even under pressure from others.
During the meeting:
✨ discussed psychological mechanisms of social control and their impact on human behavior;
✨ explored how fear of judgment and the desire to meet societal expectations can limit personal development;
✨ analyzed the images of the main characters of the film, their internal conflicts, need for freedom, and ways to overcome external pressure;
✨ reflected on the topics of self-acceptance, tolerance of otherness, and respect for the personal choices of another person;
✨ shared their own thoughts, life stories, and experiences of encountering social taboos and stereotypes.
Participants concluded that real change in a person's life often begins with a willingness to listen to their own needs, accept their desires, and take responsibility for their own choices.
The meeting took place in a warm, open and trusting atmosphere, contributing to a deep understanding of the relationship between personality, freedom and society 💬
