"Warm Wednesday": what we created together

During the 25-26 academic year, the Center for Psychological Resilience developed its activities thanks to the participation of the GIIM of the DSU in the BURN project (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE) — “Strengthening Psychological Resilience and Well-being of the University Community in the (Post)War Ukrainian State”, funded by the European Union.

We held 36 meetings in the "Warm Wednesday" circle, which every week brought together applicants, teachers, and graduates of the GIIM of the DSPU and gave new friends, interesting speakers, unforgettable impressions, and mutual understanding.

On Wednesday, June 24, 26, the final meeting of the "Warm Wednesdays" project for this academic year took place.

This evening became a special space of memories, gratitude, and inspiration. We recalled the most vivid meetings of the year, shared what was most valuable to us, and thanked each other for their support, trust, and sincerity.

Together we talked about the future of the project, gathered ideas for new meetings, discussed topics we would like to explore in the fall, and made plans for the new season of "Warm Middays."

The final exercise was especially warm, during which everyone continued the phrase: "My wish for myself for the summer..." These wishes included dreams of rest and recovery, new knowledge and learning, interesting travels, communication with loved ones, self-care, inspiration, and being in a warm circle of people.

Summer is ahead - a time to relax, gain strength, rethink experiences, be inspired by new ideas, and meet yourself.

We sincerely thank everyone who was part of our "Warm Amongst" this year: participants, speakers, partners, and everyone who created an atmosphere of trust, support, and development.

It is from small meetings, sincere conversations, and open hearts that the community we have created together is born.

See you in the fall!
