"Life is a fairy tale that we create ourselves"

The aim of the work was to explore the internal process of personal growth, overcoming obstacles on the path to integrity and maturity.

The participants performed a practical task – they wrote a fairy tale in a new way based on the female archetypal plot “Stepmother and Stepdaughter”. This work helps to see life’s difficulties and obstacles as opportunities for growth through the search for new life strategies and internal development. Further reflection contributed to a deeper understanding of internal processes, the identification of personal opportunities for growth.

The warm and supportive atmosphere of the broadcast promoted openness, sincerity, and deep reflection. Participants had the opportunity to share their observations, feel the support of the group, and take important steps towards inner maturity and integrity.
