Over the course of five days, participants will have the opportunity not only to gain psychological knowledge, but also to try practical tools for self-help and supporting others.

Special emphasis on psychological resilience in conditions of prolonged stress: how to recognize your own needs, restore resources, talk about difficult things, support the person nearby, and not be alone with your experiences.
