Today we continued our marathon "The ABC of Mental Health: From Z to A - Towards Yourself" and talked about Strength.
But it's not about strength as the ability to constantly hold on, endure everything, and never get tired.
We talked about vitality — about how much energy we have left even when things are difficult for us. And about an important thing: Power is not an infinite resource. It also needs to be protected, restored, and directed to where it is truly needed.
We asked ourselves several important questions:
✨ What in my life right now makes me feel "I live"?
✨ What in my life is taking away energy?
✨ What would I like a little more of?
✨ What is my energy most focused on right now?
And in the end, they kept it for themselves one sentence for reflection:
"What sustains me in life?"
Maybe it's the people. Maybe it's the work you love. Maybe it's the small daily joys, nature, music, movement, silence, or simply the awareness that keeps you going.
💚 Give yourself time today to answer this question.
Because sometimes, to feel your strength, you don't need to look for it somewhere far away, but notice what already supports you now.
