🌿 Psychological Marathon. Day 5. Authenticity

🌿 Psychological Marathon. Day 5. Authenticity

Our psychological marathon ended on October 9th. "The ABC of Mental Health: From Z to A - Towards Yourself"The fifth step on the path to yourself was Authenticity is the ability to hear yourself, understand your own needs, and live in accordance with your values.

During the meeting, we explored ourselves through the questions: “Where am I?”, “What do I like?”, “What am I missing?”, “What is important to me?”, “What am I going through right now?”

We talked about how often we get used to focusing on the expectations of others, postponing our own desires, and ignoring our inner needs. We also talked about the importance of noticing what suits us and what we no longer want to accept in our lives.

Participants performed mini-exercises, explored their own feelings, and reflected on what supports them in difficult moments. Particular attention was paid to internal dialogue: "How do I know this? Whose voice is this?" After all, not every belief we hold is actually ours.
We ended the meeting with reflection — we tried to formulate what new things we understood about ourselves, what we no longer want, and what we can rely on in our lives.

💚 Authenticity starts with being honest with yourself. With permission to acknowledge your feelings, needs, and desires, not to devalue your own experiences, and not to try to meet all the expectations around you.
Five days of the marathon are five steps towards yourself. And let the end of the marathon not be a point, but the beginning of a more attentive attitude to your own inner world.
Thank you to everyone who was with us, joined in the reflections, and found time for themselves! 🌿

“From Z to A — towards yourself.” And this path continues.
