Autumn surprises with its colors. October finally gives warmth. The Summer Club pleases with sincere meetings with friends. This month we have already held three meetings, one of which is a master class conducted by artist Natalia Selikhova. Adults. Difficult times. And we are drawing pumpkins. And this is not a tribute to the new holidays, but an attempt to preserve the creative spark within ourselves, to strengthen it with impressions, communication, and friendly support. The drawings turned out interesting and diverse, because everyone chose their own materials for work. Someone drew with pencils, someone chose watercolors, someone - gouache. Even the felt-tip pens, which leave specific strokes on the paper, were surprisingly delicate and, in an autumnal way, quiet. The children's theme - pumpkins - gave an incredible impetus to literary inspiration, which resulted in serious works - poetic and prose.
Yesterday's meeting was dedicated to homework. Yes, in the literary club they also give assignments. And their completion pleasantly surprised everyone present. The emotions were real and strong. Our first-year students delighted with the deep thoughts embedded in the works, and the LITERA "meters" - with the high level of their work. And those same pumpkins, bright and so homely, also became a powerful and poignant basis for poems and stories.
Two hours in a warm friendly circle flew by like five minutes. I wanted to chat more, talk about creativity, make plans for the future... But the electricity supply schedule is an inevitable thing, so we said goodbye with the firm confidence that we would meet again on Thursday, October 29 at 5:30 p.m.
If you are looking for a creative group and write literary works – come to us! Communication is so important to us. We will be waiting for you at LITERA!
