On November 27, the Department of English Philology and Translation of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of the DSPU held the V All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Language communication and modern technologies in the format of multilevel systems." Participants and guests were greeted by the Deputy Director for Scientific and Pedagogical and Educational and Methodological Work, Dr. Philol. Sciences, Prof. Tetyana Mykhailivna Marchenko and Dean of the Faculty of Social and Linguistic Communication, Ph.D. philol. Sciences, Assoc. Marakhovska Valentina Gavrilovna.
At the plenary session of the videoconference the guest speakers were Berezhna Margarita Vasylivna, Ph.D. philol. Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of Translation and Slavic Philology, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, as well as student Galyuk Anastasia Vladimirovna and graduate student Beznoschenko Taisiya Igorivna from Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus. From the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages, the results of their research were presented by Avdeeva Elizaveta Illivna (group 442), Dolhykh Anna Andriivna (group 442), Pisarev Oleksandr Oleksandrovych (group 611a) and Samoilova Elizaveta Maksymovna (group 441).

We thank the conference guests, researchers and leaders for their attention to the scientific event. We thank the participants for their thoughtful and creative approach to solving linguistic problems and presenting interesting results, for cooperation in discussing scientific issues, for thorough and meaningful materials published in the conference proceedings.
