On December 18, 2020, the MEDIA & TEACHER CAMP project started successfully! The first extended meeting of the participating teams took place, which was attended by AP Ryabukha - Head of the State Quality Service of Education in Sumy region, Maxim Nadutenko - Head of Informatics UMIF NASU, principals and deputy principals of schools, teachers of Ukrainian language and literature Bakhmut and Sumy, as well as students of the Faculty of Social and Linguistic Communication of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages, State Pedagogical University, Sumy State Pedagogical University. AS Makarenko, Mechanical Engineering College of Sumy State University.
During the webinar, the composition of the team members, the history of development and purpose of the project were presented, the Regulations on the educational and research center "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS", "Program of the center" were approved, a list of members of the creative association was formed.
During the meeting they spoke about the urgent need to resist the spread of fake information and manipulation, master media literacy, as well as the importance of close cooperation of all participants in the educational process, which will improve educational programs for teachers of Ukrainian language and literature.
ABOUT THE MAIN THING WITH FRIENDS
More than a year ago, thanks to the Study and Distinguish: Info-Media Literacy project implemented by the Council for International Research and Exchanges (IREX), representatives of higher education institutions from different parts of Ukraine met, which grew into true friendship and fruitful cooperation.
The result of this friendship is a joint interregional project "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS" (Bakhmut and Sumy), designed to develop information media literacy of future tutors, in particular in the introduction of blended learning, to promote the functioning and promotion of Ukrainian language in the media.
On December 23, 2020, a regular meeting of the educational and research center "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS" was held. pedagogical workers of pedagogical universities, technical schools, colleges, school principals and teachers, students of specialties 014 Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature), 061 Journalism from Bakhmut, Sumy, Uman, Pryluky, Zaporizhia, Chernivtsi, Glukhov, Myrnograd, Soledar, Kostiantynivka, S 'yanska, s. Novoluhanske and others.
During the meeting, the creative community "MEDIA & TEACHER" was presented, the purpose of which is to facilitate the exchange of experiences in the implementation of information literacy in the language and literature cycle; announced the conclusion of the Regulations on the competition of methodological developments, creation and filling of the Ukrainian-language multimedia dictionary on information media literacy, conducting trainings for teachers and students, etc.
During the discussion, they stressed the need for quality training of the new generation of tutors, the importance of media literacy, critical thinking, information, digital, visual literacy, resilience and creativity in schoolchildren and students.
NEW YEAR'S EVE MEDIA EVENING
Today was the first of a series of webinars planned within the framework of the interuniversity grant project "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMP" on "Information media literacy as an important component of teacher professionalism" (moderator - Natalia Ponomarenko).
The event was attended by both experienced and future teachers from all over Ukraine, including teachers and students of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages DSPU!
Find out what media literacy is, how important it is in the process of training future teachers and in the practical professional activities of teachers; tried to jointly create a "portrait" of a modern teacher; figured out what digital security is.
An hour and a half passed like one moment! It is full of interactives, work with useful online resources, exchange of invaluable professional experience, discussions and debates - this is how this New Year's Eve media evening turned out to be!

NEW MEDIARIC HAS SUCCESSFULLY STARTED
On January 4, the second webinar "Information Media Literacy: A Suitcase for Exercises for a Vocabulary" (speaker - Natalia Ponomarenko) took place, provided for in the implementation plan of the grant project "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS".
The event was attended by 65 representatives of the educational community (professors, associate professors, teachers, representatives of education departments, All-Ukrainian Center vocabulary UMIF NAS of Ukraine, principals and deputy principals of schools, teachers, students) from different regions of Ukraine.
They talked about facts and judgments, the formation of media competence in the process of training a modern teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, ways, methods and techniques of forming infomedia literacy of students in a blended learning environment.
The meeting was very informative, practice-oriented and full of various interactives! At the end, according to tradition, there was a reflection and exchange of experience in the application of innovative methods and methods of practical activities of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature, which is undoubtedly invaluable for professional development and self-improvement.

MASTER OF MEDIA LITERACY
On January 9, 2021, graduates and teachers of the Department of Ukrainian Philology of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of the State Pedagogical University took part in the third webinar-workshop on media literacy, initiated by the creative association "MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS".
The theme of the event: "Whether / How to participate in the competition of methodological developments with an information component?" (moderator - Olena Semenog, speakers - Natalia Ponomarenko, Margarita Nadutenko).
The workshop brought together 79 educators from Bakhmut, Sumy, Hlukhiv, Poltava, Pereyaslav, Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, Vinnytsia, Soledar, Kryvyi Rih, and Paraskoviivka.
We got acquainted with the new legal framework, the conditions of the competition of methodological developments with an information component and examples of their design, online resources of the Center of Ukrainian Vocabulary and the possibility of their use in the practical work of a teacher-linguist.
We took part in intensives and interactives, worked in groups, which, of course, contributed to gaining new experience!

MEDIA & TEACHER CAMPUS: FINAL DIRECT
During October 2020 - February 2021, the staff of the Department of Ukrainian Philology together with students of the first and second levels of higher education of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages SHEI in cooperation with Sumy State Pedagogical University. The purpose of the project: formation of infomedia literacy of future tutors, in particular in the introduction of blended learning, on the basis of academic integrity and interregional partnership of philological departments of pedagogical universities of Ukraine, training institutions for future journalists and general secondary education; Promoting the functioning and popularization of the use of the Ukrainian language in the media in Bakhmut, Donetsk region and Sumy region, Sumy region. , regulations on the competition of methodological developments with an information component; created the current pages of the center on the sites of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Webinars brought together more than 200 participants: students of higher and professional higher education, teachers of vocabulary, school principals, research and teaching staff from different regions of Ukraine (Bakhmut, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Sumy, Hlukhiv, Poltava, Kyiv, Pereyaslav, Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporizhia, Kostiantynivka, Myrnograd, Vinnytsia, Soledar, Kryvyi Rih, Chasiv Yar, Paraskoviivka, etc.). Topical issues such as: fact and judgment, how to distinguish them in everyday communication were considered; methods and techniques of formation of infomedia literacy of pupils / students in the conditions of blended learning; skills to counter falsifications, fakes; positives and risks of creating information products; critical thinking; netiquette, social tolerance, visual and digital literacy, etc. In January 2021, a competition for the best methodological development with an information media component was held, based on the results of which the winners were determined and an online collection of methodological developments was prepared. Active work is underway to prepare a multimedia dictionary on media literacy. The "MEDIA & TEACHER" navigator has been created to search for and analyze information messages with elements of violation of journalistic standards and norms of the modern Ukrainian language in the media for a wide range of users. The results of the grant project were presented during the conference "Cultural-speaking personality of the specialist" (10.12.2020). Preparations are currently underway for the final festival, which is scheduled for February 21, 2021. The project is coming to an end, but we want to say with confidence in the words of Lina Kostenko that "every finish is, in fact, the start"! Work on improving the skills of information media literacy will continue, because without it, everyone who has at least once had to visit a friendly media literate family, no longer thinks of a full life.
