Exhibition "Ukrainian Revolution 1917-1921: Regional Dimension".

The street exhibition "Ukrainian Revolution 1917-1921: Regional Dimension" is dedicated to the ongoing events of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921 in various regions, as well as the Ukrainian national movement of that time outside of Ukraine.

The exhibition consists of 14 thematic banners, each of which is dedicated to a separate region of Ukraine or the area of activity of the Ukrainian national movement. In particular, we are talking about Kyiv Oblast, Volyn, Podillia, Slobozhan Oblast, Halychyna, Crimea, etc. The approach chosen by the authors made it possible to convincingly demonstrate that the revolutionary events a hundred years ago had an all-Ukrainian character: in the east and west, north and south - everywhere in Ukraine there was a national awakening, and state formation began.

Employees of regional offices of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance took part in the work on the creation of the exhibition. Each of them proposed important milestones and accents for presenting the events of the Ukrainian Revolution in their region. Thanks to archival, museum and private collections placed at the disposal of the authors, the exhibition was filled with unique photographs of that era.
