Such an opportunity is available to graduates of full-time higher educational institutions who studied under the state order and concluded a contract for a period of not less than three years on the positions of teaching staff in institutions of general secondary or professional (vocational-technical) education, determined by education management bodies.

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 26, 2006 No. 1361 "On the provision of one-time targeted monetary assistance to certain categories of graduates of higher educational institutions", the procedure for providing one-time targeted monetary assistance to certain categories of graduates of higher education institutions, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of December 19, 2019 No. 1588, graduates of full-time higher education institutions studies, who studied under the state order, obtained the educational and qualification level of a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of knowledge 01 Education/Pedagogy, or a bachelor's degree, master's degree in other specialties and fields of knowledge and concluded a contract for a period of not less than three years on the positions of teaching staff in institutions of general secondary or professional (vocational-technical) education, determined by education management bodies, can receive  one-time targeted cash assistance in the amount of five times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, established on January 1 of the calendar year (15,140 hryvnias)

Graduates who graduated in December 2023 and in 2024 should contact the legal and career guidance department of the institute for assistance (tel. 099-53-53-109) until October 10 2024 year the following documents: an application for assistance, a copy of the employment book (if available), a copy of the contract for employment as a teacher in a general secondary or professional (vocational-technical) education institution), a certificate of bank details.

In the application, it is necessary to indicate: the specialty in which the graduate obtained his education; obtained educational degree of higher education; the full name and address of the general education or vocational-technical educational institution to which the graduate arrived; the position for which the graduate is employed.

We draw your attention to the fact that in the case of a graduate's refusal to start work in accordance with the concluded contract for work as a teacher in a general secondary or professional (vocational-technical) education institution, his dismissal at the initiative of the administration for violation of labor discipline, dismissal by agreement of the parties or at the initiative of the employee within three years from the start of work in the institution of general secondary or professional (vocational and technical) education, the recipient of the aid returns the amount of aid actually received to the institution of higher education (or its legal successor), which made its payment. The institution of higher education returns these funds to the state budget.

In the case of a change in the place of work of a graduate, but continuing his stay as a teacher in another institution of general secondary or vocational (vocational-technical) education, the recipient of the aid shall conclude a contract at the new place of work within 30 calendar days from the date of such changes.
