According to Art. 7 Of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" Since June 2015, the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages has been producing and issuing state-standard diplomas and supplements of the European standard.
The list of information that must be contained in the documents on higher education (scientific degrees) of the state standard, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 2015 № 193 "About documents on higher education (scientific degrees) of the state sample». Documents on higher education (scientific degrees) of the state standard and appendices to them, issued by the Institute before the entry into force of this resolution, are valid and not subject to exchange.
The same resolution sets the maximum cost of preparing a document on higher education of the state standard - not more than two non-taxable minimum incomes.
Forms of documents on higher education and appendices to them were approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №525 of 12.05.2015 "About the statement of forms of documents on higher education (scientific degrees) of the state sample and appendices to them, the sample of the academic certificate».
According to the decision of the Academic Council of GIIM SHEI DDPU from 28.05.2015 (protocol №7) by order № 50 from 29.05.2015 "About documents on higher education of the state standard and appendices to them Horlov Institute of Foreign Languages of the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbass State Pedagogical University" approved and put into effect the technical description of diploma forms and appendices to them and "Regulations on the order, issuance and accounting of documents on state education and the diploma supplement education (DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT) in a separate structural unit of the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbass State Pedagogical University" "Gorlovka Institute of Foreign Languages". Currently, the wording of the Regulations on documents of higher education of the state standard and appendices to them Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbass State Pedagogical University", approved by the decision of the Academic Council and put into effect by order № 10 of January 26, 2017.
Diplomas bachelors, bachelors with honors, masters and masters with honors are printed on protected forms with the symbols of GIIM. Forms of size 210 x 297 mm have a number of security features, are made by printing:
Supplements to European diplomas of higher education printed on sheets of thick paper of 297 x 420 mm format, connected in the middle by two staples and folded in half along the line of connection in the form of a booklet of 4 or 8 pages of 210 x 297 mm format. Supplements to bachelor's degrees have 8 pages, master's - 4 pages.
