DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY

The Department of Psychology of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages was founded in 1992. The newly created department was headed by Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences V.O. Wolves. The first research programs of the department were focused on the development of problems in the field of pedagogical psychology. Currently, the range of scientific and applied departmental research covers a number of pressing issues: aspects of sustainability, self-organization and life choices, mental health support, crisis and rehabilitation psychology, methods of socio-psychological impact, design and implementation of developmental and correctional programs ( training, coaching, psychotherapy).

The Department of Psychology trains bachelors and masters in the specialty 053 Psychology.

Borozentseva Tetyana Valeriyivna - Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of Psychology; heads the Department of Psychology since 2020.

In the first specialty - engineer-technologist, specialty "Rational use of water resources and disposal of industrial effluents" (1987, Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Civil Engineering).

In 2002 she graduated from the Slavic State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Psychology. Practical psychology in educational institutions "; educational level - specialist.

Created and headed the recruitment agency "Vector" (Kramatorsk) from 2004 to 2017.

Business trainer in the areas of: effective management, motivation and recruitment, team building, conflict-free communication, stress management.

In 2015 she defended her dissertation on "Socio-psychological features of corporate culture of public organizations in modern society" in the specialty 19.00.05 - social psychology; psychology of social work.

Conducts private psychological practice: family counseling, child-parent relationships, personal development training for adolescents and adults.

Teaches disciplines: "Mathematical methods in the work of a psychologist", "Technologies of selection, evaluation and development of personnel", "Psychotechnologies in business", "Psychology and technology of mediation in conflict", "Psychology of entrepreneurship", "Psychology of creativity", "Sexology and psychology of sexuality "," Fundamentals of child pathopsychology "," Child psychotherapy ".

Research interests: theory of motivation, formation of corporate culture, invariant modeling in psycho-correctional work.

Author of 20 publications, 9 of which are in professional publications, 1 collective monograph "Corporate culture of public organizations in the socio-psychological dimension", 1 international collective monograph "Innovative technologies in the formation and development of human capital".

He is a member of the Academic Council of the Institute.

In January-April 2018 she passed an international internship at WyższaSzkołaTehnichna w Katowicach (Katowice, Republic of Poland). Internship topic "Innovative technologies in education".

Kosheleva Natalia Gennadiyivna
Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor

Kosheleva Natalia Gennadiyivna - Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of Psychology; has been working in the education system of Ukraine since 1995.

In 1996 she graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature.

In 2010 she defended her dissertation on "Formation of readiness of future economists to design professional activities" in the specialty 13.00.04 - Theory and Methods of Vocational Education.

In 2016 she received a certificate of associate professor of engineering pedagogy and psychology.

In 2019 she graduated from the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of Donbass State Pedagogical University with a degree in Secondary Education. Ukrainian language and literature / Psychology ".

Teaches disciplines: "Pedagogical Psychology", "Psychological Service at School", "Pedagogy and Methods of Teaching Psychological Disciplines", "Psychology", "Psychohygiene", "Psychology of Communication", "Psychology of Inclusive Education", "Organizational Psychology and Psychology of Management".

Developed and teaches author's elective courses: "Career Psychology", "Psychology of Art", "Gender Psychology", "Prevention and psychocorrection of deviant behavior", "Psychology of addictive behavior", "Psychology of conflict", "Psychology of Management".

Research interests: methods of teaching in secondary and higher school; pedagogical innovation; philosophy of education; psychological patterns and mechanisms of learning and education; formation of psychological and methodological competence of future teachers; interdisciplinary research in the field of literature, psychology, pedagogy.

Author of more than 120 scientific and methodological publications.

Drozdova Diana Sergeevna - Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of Psychology.

In 2008 she graduated from the Slavic State Pedagogical University with a degree in Preschool Education and qualified as a teacher of pedagogy and psychology, a practical psychologist. Educational level - master.

In 2013 she defended her dissertation on "Individual features of archetypal symbolism (deep psychological aspect)" in the specialty 19.00.07 - pedagogical and age psychology.

Teaches disciplines: "Age psychology", "Modern theories of deep psychology", "Methodology and organization of psychological research", "Political psychology", "Psychology of advertising", "Psychology of mass behavior", "Acmeopsychology and psychotherapy of age crises", "Psychological assistance to groups" risk ".

Research interests: deep knowledge of the peculiarities of the individual uniqueness of the psyche.

Author of 36 scientific publications, of which 10 - in professional journals, 4 - in collective monographs, including international ones. 

He is the head of the student research and problem group "Individual features of personality formation".

From December 2020 to April 2021 she passed an international internship at the Katowice School of Technology (Katowice, Republic of Poland). Subject: «Innovations in education. Innovative technologies for teaching professional disciplines».

Reznikova Olena Anatoliivna - Associate Professor, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of Psychology.

In 1984 she graduated from the Slavic State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in "Pedagogy and Psychology (preschool)".

In 2010 she defended her dissertation on "Adaptive transformation of psychological protection of the student's personality" in the specialty 19.00.07 - pedagogical and age psychology.

Teaches disciplines: "Methodology and organization of psychological research" "Military psychology", "Criminal psychology", "Experimental psychology", "Modern technologies of rehabilitation psychology", "Modern theories and practices of psychological counseling".

Research interests: psychological help of the person in traumatic situations.

Author of 57 scientific and methodological publications.

He heads the expert commission of the Faculty of Psychology, Economics and Management of Donbass State Pedagogical University, is a member of the university competition commission of student research papers.

Svidenska Halyna Mykolayivna - Associate Professor, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of Psychology.

In 1991 she graduated from the Slavic State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in "Pedagogy and Psychology (preschool)".

In 2008 she defended her dissertation on "Psychological features of the development of personal self-awareness during adolescence crisis" in the specialty 19.00.07 - pedagogical and age psychology.

Teaches disciplines: "General Psychology", "Zoopsychology". Comparative Psychology "," Psychophysiology "," Differential Psychology "," Pathopsychology "," Medical Psychology "," Family Psychology "," Child Psychotherapy ".

Research interests: development of mental processes in onto- and phylogeny; formation of self-awareness; causes of mental anomalies in adolescence; factors of formation of intellectually and morally developed personality.

Author of 55 scientific and methodological publications.

Razumova Elena Gennadievna - Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 05 "Social and Behavioral Sciences" in the specialty 053 Psychology, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology.

In 2009 she graduated from the Horlivka State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages with a degree in Practical Psychology; educational level - specialist.

Since 2017 on 2021 studied at the graduate school of Donbass State Pedagogical University.

In 2021 she defended her dissertation on "Features of the professional self-concept of future teachers" in the specialty 053 Psychology.

Teaches disciplines: "Psychology of Art", "Psychodiagnostics", "Psychological Expertise", "Career Psychology", "Age Psychology", "Crisis Psychology".

Research interests: formation of a positive self-concept in students, the development of professional self-concept of future teachers, psychology of family relations, child psychology.

She is the author of more than 20 publications, including 7 in professional journals, 1 article in periodicals of other countries, 11 abstracts in collections of scientific conferences of various levels, 1 chapter of a collective monograph and others.

In May-September 2018 she passed an international internship at WyższaSzkołaTehnichna w Katowicach (Katowice, Republic of Poland). Internship topic "Innovative technologies in education".

Stepanova Snizhana Serhiivna - teacher of the department of psychology; Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social and Linguistic Communication.

In 2004 she graduated from the Donetsk Institute of Market and Social Policy with a degree in Psychology and qualified as a psychologist.

He has experience as a practical psychologist in educational institutions (2005-2018).

Teaches disciplines: "Social psychology", "General psychology", "Experimental psychology", "Zoopsychology". Comparative Psychology "," Family Psychology "," Workshop on Social Psychology ".

Research interests: social problems and prospects, psychology of small groups, conflict studies, psychology of sports.

Co-author of 2 publications in professional international publications, participates in scientific and scientific-practical conferences of All-Ukrainian and International level.
