On November 12, 2024, the reporting and election conference of the Primary trade union organization of the GIIM was held. 15 people from primary organizations of structural units and students were delegated to the conference. All delegates took part in the work of the conference. On behalf of the administration, Deputy Director T. M. Marchenko took part in the conference.

The head of the primary trade union organization of the Institute, N. V. Kovalsk, reported on the work of the elected body - the trade union committee - for the period from 19.12.2019 to 11.11.2024 and noted that in such difficult conditions of today's war, the organization has preserved its unity and efficiency. The subsequent speeches of the conference delegates - G. P. Dokashenko, L. V. Sukhovetska, T. V. Borozentseva, T. M. Radionova - proved that our work preserved the most important thing - the trust of the team. Warm words of thanks, good memories, friendly instructions made the atmosphere of the official event such that you understand that with our team you can overcome anything.

On behalf of the audit commission, O.I. Machavariani presented the act of verification of the activity of the PPO, which states that no violations and abuses were detected. The conference recognized the work of the trade union committee for the period from 19.12.2019 to 11.11.2024 as satisfactory.

The vote was unanimous. For the next 5 years, N. V. Kovalska was elected as the head of the Primary trade union organization of the GII. The trade union committee included: A. O. Skoplev and A. S. Svyastina (from FSMC); Horlova O. V. and Fomina K. A. (from FRGM); Shirokykh N. V. (from employees).

Also, for the next 5 years, an audit commission of the Primary trade union organization (Rusakevych T.F., Radionova T.M., Lozova T.O.) and a mandate commission (Zhurbylyuk K.O., Sukhovetska L.V.) were formed.

At the end of the conference, T. M. Marchenko from the administration thanked the trade union committee for a strong tandem in the matter of preserving the collective and social partnership and wished fruitful work for the next 5 years.

Decisions were made on all issues that were put on the agenda. There is a lot of work ahead regarding the re-registration of the PPO, planning the work of the trade union committee and daily, sometimes invisible to the general public, but such important trade union work.

The most difficult times go to the strongest and we are definitely among them!

V., Rusakevich T. F., Zhurbylyuk K. O., Machavariani O.I.. From the student society, the winners were delegated to Svyastin A. S., Sydyuk A. S., Gubin K. V. The administration of the institute was represented by the deputy director Marchenko T. M.

The trade union, represented by its director N.V. Kovalska, reported on the work for the period from 2019 to 2024, which was recognized as satisfactory according to the voting results. Commenting on the activities of the members of the trade union during the reporting period, colleagues shared vivid memories of interesting cult mass events initiated by the trade union committee (quizzes, contests, trips), and expressed confidence in the preservation of this tradition.

In order to ensure the direction of activity in the new period, the members of the trade union committee were re-elected at the conference: the positions of head and pro-foremen remained for N. V. Kovalska, O. V. Horlova and A. O. Skoplev, respectively.
