In order to form a national culture of cleanliness, proper waste management and care for the environment, the All-Ukrainian Youth Movement "Let's do it, Ukraine" annually organizes an environmental campaign in Ukraine to clean the settlements from garbage.

The Bakhmut City Council's Department of Youth Policy and Children's Affairs has invited students to join the World Cleanup Day, the main slogan of which is "Seen?" Take it away! ” The event took place on September 17, 2021 (started at 8:30) and was attended by 12 students of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages. 

The cleaning took place near the Bakhmut railway station (1 Pryvokzalna Street). The students had the appropriate equipment (rakes, brooms, gloves).

The action was supported by the executive authorities, including the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee. local self-government, public organizations and associations.
